- Transaction Types: Minority, majority and change of control situations for growth, shareholder liquidity, recapitalization and acquisition
- Profitability: $1 million – $10 million of cash flow
- Management: Invested, growth-minded, ready for change
- Geography: Companies in the central U.S. region preferred, but will consider companies outside that region based on strategic fit
- Co-Investors: To ensure sufficient runway for growth and/or acquisitions, we partner with other institutional investors specifically chosen based on the unique situation of each company
